C.R. Laurence FL2420 24″ Tubular Spiral Tilt Window Balance features a robust design, making it an ideal replacement for both metal and plastic tube balances. This model can accommodate sash load weights of up to 25 pounds (11.3 kg), ensuring reliable support for your tilt windows. The red bushing signifies the specific load capacity, allowing for easy identification and selection. Designed with an industry-standard 3/8″ (10 mm) tube diameter, this balance is compatible with existing window systems, streamlining the installation process. It is recommended to replace both balances in the window simultaneously to maintain optimal performance and balance efficiency. When ordering, it’s vital to check the tube diameter, measure the tube length from the end to the bottom of the nylon bushing (excluding the rod extension), and ensure the bushing color matches. The FL2420 also features straightforward compatibility, allowing it to replace similar balances with a white bushing. Experience the durability and functionality of the C.R. Laurence FL2420, designed to enhance the performance of your tilt window systems while providing peace of mind through its reliable load handling capabilities.
