NGP 9750C 60″ Fire Smoke Intumescent Seal
NGP 9750C 60″ Intumescent Fire and Smoke Seal offers an advanced solution for ensuring safety and compliance in commercial environments. Featuring the NGP-Edge® Sealing System, this product is classified for smoke and draft control, providing a reliable barrier against fire and smoke infiltration. The self-adhesive intumescent material expands at temperatures between 375°F to 400°F, sealing gaps around doors and enhancing fire protection. Designed to withstand a variety of conditions, the seal is moisture-resistant and features a rigid PVC base with a flexible elastomeric bulb. Its modified acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive ensures high initial adhesion and long-term holding power, making it suitable for both interior and exterior applications. The NGP 9750C is also resistant to aging, weathering, UV radiation, and various chemicals, ensuring durability over time. With a temperature range of -60°F to 275°F, it accommodates diverse environmental conditions. The seal is suitable for 20, 45, 60, and 90-minute rated Category B wood doors, with a required 1/8″ clearance between the door and frame. Available in various lengths and a chic charcoal color, it combines functionality with aesthetics, making it an excellent choice for professional spaces.
