This lockset is ANSI/BHMI Certified A156.13-2012 and is classified as Commercial Grade 1, making it a reliable choice for high-traffic areas. With a 2-3/4″ backset and a door thickness range of 1-3/4″, this mortise lock fits standard doors with ease. The lock body is designed to mortise inside the edge of the door, providing a clean and secure installation. Additionally, it is UL Listed for a 3-hour fire door rating, offering peace of mind in safety compliance. Backed by a limited 10-year mechanical warranty and a 3-year electro-mechanical warranty, the Schlage L9071P06A626 is a trusted solution for anyone seeking robust security in educational and commercial settings.
