Rytan Inc RY200 Key Machine Semi-Auto offers a reliable solution for cutting most cylinder keys, as well as U.S. and foreign automotive keys. Designed with a user-friendly “stick-shift” lever, the machine ensures precise key cutting from the bow to the tip. After the initial cut, a cleanup cut can be made back to the bow for enhanced accuracy. This machine boasts an adjustable stylus with a remarkable accuracy of .0005″, making it versatile and efficient. The universal 4-way vise jaws accommodate a wide variety of keys, while a single cutter is capable of handling all cylinder keys. The built-in full-function key gauging system includes top shoulder gauges for standard keys, tip gauges for keys like Ford, and gauges for brands such as Best and Falcon. Constructed with a heavy-duty ball bearing motor, the RY200 provides durability and longevity. It can operate with either AC or DC motor options, ensuring versatility for different setups. The RY200 is specifically designed to cut most cylinder keys and U.S. and Foreign automotive keys by operating the machine’s “stick-shift” lever smoothly from right-to-left. The key will be cut properly starting at the bow and ending at the tip of the key. It is O.K. to make a “cleanup” cut back to the bow of the key only after the key has already been cut form bow to tip.
