Parker Hardware SL8160P26D Privacy Lever Grade 2 offers a robust solution for securing spaces while ensuring ease of access. Designed to meet both ADA requirements and ANSI A156.2 series 4000 grade standards, this UL-listed leverset is perfect for passage, privacy, storeroom, and classroom functions.Crafted from cold-rolled steel, the SL8160P26D features a single step rose design and a reversible, non-handed installation, making it adaptable for various door configurations. It fits doors ranging from 1-3/8″ to 1-3/4″ thick and comes with a standard 2-3/4″ backset UL listed latch bolt. The latch bolt has a 1⁄2″ throw and is UL listed for three-hour fire resistance, providing an additional layer of safety. Furthermore, this privacy lever includes a solid brass 6-pin SC-1 ILCO #1145 keyway, providing secure keying options with the possibility for special keying like master and grand master systems. Each leverset comes with two keys and is designed with separate lever spring mechanisms to prevent sagging over time. UL listed, ADA approved grade 2 barrier-free leversets are ready for all ADA and other needs in passage, privacy, storeroom, classroom and dummy functions, in addition to entry models. The customer may provide the lock cylinder and key. Leversets meet ANSI A156.2 series 4000 grade standards and more than fulfill ADA requirements. The ANSI series 4000 standard exceeds 400,000 operating cycles.
