C.R. Laurence GR20HPS Polished Stainless 2″ Diameter 90 Degree Horizontal Corner for 1/2″ or 5/8″ Glass Cap Railing is expertly designed for sleek and durable glass railing systems. This welded and finished corner piece is ready to install, ensuring a clean and professional look for your next project. The GR20HPS accommodates both 1/2″ (12 mm) and 5/8″ (16 mm) thick glass, allowing for hairline joint assemblies when paired with CRL Cap Rail. Fabricated from CRL Premium Cap Rail, this horizontal corner is available in four architectural finishes, enhancing its versatility to match your design preferences. Each unit is individually packed, ensuring that it arrives in pristine condition. Note that two connector sleeves are required for installation, though they are not included with the corner. To secure the glass effectively, CRL recommends using Cat. No. 32629 Metal Contact Cement. Additionally, when using the corner with 1/2″ glass, employ GR5PV Cap Rail Vinyl and 95CBL Silicone for optimal security. For 5/8″ glass, shims and 95CBL Silicone are recommended. This product is constructed from standard stainless alloy 304, with an option for alloy 316 on special order, offering durability and resistance to corrosion. Interior slip-fit Horizontal Corners for 1/2″ (12 mm) or 5/8″ (16 mm) thick glass allow for hairline joint assemblies with straight lengths of
CRL Cap Rail. Use of our Cat. No. 32629 Metal Contact Cement is required to achieve a secure and permanent bond. Two Connector Sleeves are required for use with each corner.
Each Horizontal Corner is fabricated, finished, and individually packed. All of our stainless and brass corners are fabricated from CRL Premium Cap Rail, and are welded and finished to match. Standard stainless alloy is 304. Stainless alloy 316 is available on special order. For brass, alloy 260 is standard.

NOTE: With the exception of the GR15 Series Cap Rail Corners, when used with 1/2″ (12 mm) glass, our GR5PV Cap Rail Vinyl and 95CBL Silicone should be used to secure the glass. When using GR15 Series Cap Rail Corners or 5/8″ (16 mm) glass, use 95CBL Silicone and shims only to secure the glass.
