Description
Richelieu 300081BGV1 Twisted Polypropylene Rope
Richelieu 300081BGV1 Twisted Polypropylene offers a reliable solution for various recreational applications. Constructed from general-purpose polypropylene, this synthetic rope is both lightweight and cost-effective, making it an excellent choice for marine environments and swimming pools. Its buoyant nature ensures it floats, which is particularly advantageous for water-related tasks. Measuring 3/8 inches in diameter and available in a vibrant yellow finish, this rope stands out in any setting. With an overall length of 100 feet, it provides ample material for a variety of uses. The rope features medium stretch characteristics, allowing it to give slightly under tension without compromising its integrity. Additionally, ultraviolet (UV) light inhibitors have been incorporated to enhance durability and prevent degradation from sun exposure. While it excels in buoyancy and flexibility, it is important to note that polypropylene may not hold knots as securely as other synthetic ropes and has limited abrasion resistance. The safe working load is rated at 245 pounds, ensuring it meets the needs of most recreational tasks. Packaged in a convenient hank format, the Richelieu 300081BGV1 Twisted Polypropylene rope is a versatile addition to your toolkit.
